Please post links to factual information about local news,
local resources, or local events in the greater Lawrence area.
Other links about information you think may be of interest to members
of the local community are also acceptable.
You can also submit items to the LawrenceCommunityWiki,
a web based collection of local information which is authored and
edited in a collaborative fashion by anyone with the time and interest.
To submit a story:
- Click on the "Submit
Story" tab at the top of the home page.
- Enter a short (5-10 word) title
- Select a topic, if you believe another topic needs to be
added, please email me
and I'll add it
- Enter a longer description in the "Intro Text", include
a link to the information (see below). You can put multiple links
in any section of your story if you wish.
- If you need more space to enter information or a summary
of the item, use the "Body Text" field
- Make sure to select "HTML formatted" for the post mode
so you can enter a link.
- You can click the "Preview" button at the bottom of the
page to see how it will look.
- Then click "Save" and your story will be submitted
Entering Links:
Any link you want to place in your story should look like this:
